ABOUT
Clarkchella is an event run by and for the students in CSU's Journalism and Media Communications department. For three hours on a Friday afternoon, various clubs, classes, and internships related to the major will set up booths with games and prizes so you can get to know the many pathways available to JMC students!
Get to know the major, meet your peers and professors, win prizes, and have fun!
who, when, where?
Clarkchella 2023 will be held on Friday, September 15 from 11 AM to 2 PM in the Monfort Quadrangle
(The field outside of the Clark building, and in front of the main entrance to Animal Sciences)
All JMC students and alumni are welcome, including non-JMC majors that are interested in what the department has to offer!

Join the Team
Clarkchella couldn't happen without the help of both JMC staff and students. Working behind the scenes is a great way to get to know your peers and professors, start networking for future careers, and gain some volunteer experience for your resume.
We can always use more volunteers! Come join us for a decoration crafting night on Wednesday, September 6th from 5 pm to 7 pm in Clark C 255 - there will be free dinner! Bring your friends too, both from in and outside of the major.
We will also need help setting up and cleaning on the event day! If you are interested in any of this, or with helping in the planning process, click the link below!
